About this project

This document outlines a template for preparing for each Optimism Fractal and Town Hall event, including tasks such as reviewing a checklist, preparing an intro presentation with relevant links, and preparing for breakout rooms.

This will be helpful for Eden Fractal and any other community that plays the Respect Game. A related project about setting up the template for Eden Fractal can be found here.

Create Event Templates

Develop templates for each Optimism and Eden fractal event
Host templates on the public Notion site

Add to the template three tasks to create presentations for intro, respect game, and optimism town hall- then habituate saving the safari windows in these tasks after so they can easily be added to show notes

Create Checklist of Tasks to Prepare for each show or meeting

Add the following subtasks, and also Consider combining dan and rosmari’s template for promoting each event, and add the following sub-tasks

Set up automated discord reminder to register for the council

Research and consider transferring database templates to different databases

Add to template: /Superchain news . Also consider adding the other channels we wrote in to the template or perhaps a note to review this page, or an embeded linked database…?

Add to of template - take a screenshot of my arc tabs for each presentation and keep them up next to the arc so I can see them without needing to see the sidebar. Also add key things to remember for each Subtask, like to ask each other if it’s the right time to hear feedback yet and to record it
