One issue with me using the same project for things like this is that I usually do these topic proposals in public Notion sites so they are more accessible for the community, whereas rosmari works in private Optimystics workspace. We can resolve this in a few ways:

  • We could create the template in public Notion sites instead of Private and both work in public (which takes some manual work)
  • We could make every Optimystics project and tasks related to this public (which also takes some work, but could be best bc it allows us to have some private tasks when we want and others can delete our tasks. However it also silos the topic proposal for all the projects in OF projects which is potentially a big downside because it sometimes can help to set a topic proposal task to be linked to a project, so I’m not sure what’s best. I prefer the first option if it’s ok with rosmari as it’s more in public and easier to organize with everything else, though don’t want to mess with her workflow. It’s also still possible to work privately in the public project but takes an extra step to do so)

For Eden fractal Rosmari first shares draft of tweet and promotion to optimism by Friday (or Monday) , then dan provides feedback (by the end of the day?) We need to consider if this plan about starting to draft the promo message in Friday makes sense or if we should just be more disciplined about drafting the promo message and reviewing it on Monday. Because the topic won’t be selected until Monday for optimism Town hall and Sunday for Eden fractal. So far we’ve decided what the topic will be for almost All events and it will be like this for some time, but at some point there’s also be other people proposing topics. In either case we’ll likely discuss a topic in the near future (Ie if someone proposed something else on Sunday and we already did a promotion on Friday, then we could save our promotion and topic for the following week) . Generally I think that this strategy of Friday is probably good for now, but it’s also worth considering This and keeping in mind so we don’t wind up doing extra work too much

Syncing strategy - keep everything synced on the bottom of the task, and have an unsuncef version at the top of the task
