Consider Creating a different automated recurring task template for drafting topic proposal and sharing topic proposal

  • This can be helpful so that rosmari can see the draft of the topic proposal before I’m ready to share it publicly with the group
    • The draft topic proposal is often ready enough for Rosmari to start working on promotions, but not ready enough to send. So creating a separate task would allow Rosmari to know when the proposed topics are selected so that she can start drafting the messages earlier
  • Alternatively I could create a task template that has sections for draft and final like Rosmari does for promotional tasks. This might be worth trying first. It would be a simpler setup and may be best, but wouldn’t come with the advantage of being able to mark it done with the topics are chosen
  • Perhaps it also makes sense to automatically create different subtasks for the topic proposal,
    • Such as:
      • Decide the topics to propose
      • Write topic proposal on snapshot
        • 1
        • 2
        • 3
        • 4
      • Announce topic proposal on OF Discord
      • Announce topic proposal on OTH Discord
      • …
    • I think that i often do this any way and it’s especially helpful when there are more than 2 or 3 topics
