Accelerated Decentralization Proposal For Optimism

I am quite happy to see this conversation. I think we should strive for better decentralization of the Optimism ecosystem as indeed at the moment it’s firmly at the hands of the foundation. I appreciate that the foundation has a roadmap for this decentralization but it’s been years already and the progress is quite slow. Especially when compared with other L2s. We can do better.
