Reformat the transcript into a paragraph structure with headers to make it easier to read.
Don't change or remove the text except in occasions when it seems that the transcription made an error or the point is redundant For example, the transcription should refer to Optimism Town Hall and Optimism Fractal and not mistake these names for Optimus Infracto or some other name. Otherwise leave all the text basically the same and just change the formatting.
use headers and separate the text into paragraphs fairly often to make it easy to read. don't make the paragraphs too long. Make slight refinements to the text to make it sound a bit more professional and formal, but make sure to keep the meaning of each sentence in your response

Okay, another thing is that we have not sorted out the potential problem that can arise if myself and Dan go into the same breakout room. Because luckily, I guess, we have been going to different breakout rooms in the past a few Optimus and Fractal events, so I was able to record the other breakout room. But let's say if yesterday I was, me and you and two people were there and then let's say the two newer people were in the breakout room. I don't know if anyone was gonna really record, press the record button. That's another thing. But also that's one thing. And another thing is, who was gonna be hosting that room in a way? Like who's gonna lead it? 'Cause I think it happened a few weeks ago when me and you were in the same breakout room, but Tadaas was in the other room. So we knew that he would record it, maybe. We weren't sure, but we were hoping. And at least we knew that he would lead it correctly. because he's a lead, unofficial lead. And I know a few members expressed interest before to be a lead and we've not yet provided this lead guide. And even not many people know how to use fractogram. I don't even know if anyone knows except for myself, Dan, and Tadas, and Vlad, but he doesn't join much. And Tadas hasn't joined recently. So in a way now it's a bit more crucial that we put that guide into, let's say, how to use fractogram as well as... And we can do that for fractogram specifically. If I just edit that video, I think it was some maybe OF20 or something when I have it recorded when I show how to run fractogram. I was in a room with Hodlon and Zao I think, yes, and so I can edit that video and produce it and maybe put it in the notion community site, well a notion page, for everyone to watch so that next time we can start to ask other people to set a fractal ground for us so that they can learn how to do it and so that they'll be able to do it even if we're not in the breakout room because recently in the past few weeks in almost every event there's been new people joining sometimes one or most of at least one person, one new person has been joining each week, sometimes two. So that gives more of a chance of those newer people to have, I don't know, the best experience, let's say. And the reason for that could be because we have not set up these guides on choosing a lead or training people how to use fractogram which are two key pieces of having a really nice experience and it really matters on the first experience for people and their customer retention for when they come back and if they come back so that's I think important something that I think has to be prioritized especially right now that I don't know when Todas will come back and it's a bit like wobbly he is I maybe he'll come back but I don't know at the moment it's two of us that know how to do the fractogram app and if let's say 15 people join then there has to be three breakout rooms so who's gonna lead I mean I guess someone can lead the other breakout room but they may not know how to run fractogram and they may I don't even know if even if they reach consensus like without using fractogram how would they even submit their votes online because I don't know if they would know the from the web app site and how and things like that so that just it gets more complicated as we grow like we want to grow but at this point is that's a bit of a blocker because we don't know we We don't want to be in a situation where we don't know how to react or we have to basically take everyone's attention from the event with us trying to sort out this other breakout room, let's say. Even if both of us are in the same breakout room and there's only two breakout rooms, even then we have to sort it out because if the other breakout room doesn't know how to because at the moment it's like me and Jost are like no. And this is reality, I'm not exaggerating, I think this is like a real thing that is happening. So every time I'm like thinking where would I go, would I end up in dance room, what's gonna happen, who's gonna lead the other room, who's gonna set the fractogram if I end up in dance room. So it's a bit of like a moment where I don't know what's going to happen and how we would react. I brought it up one time and you said you'll go to one room and I'll go to the other. But then for us to even coordinate on that, that would take some time and your attention away from your breakout room. So maybe it would be good to just think about those things beforehand before the happens so that we know how to, what to do. Okay, so some thoughts here. I am able to choose who's in what room if needed. So I've I've always just done the randomization, and that's how it's supposed to be. But I suppose if need be, if we dig in on a situation where there's a bunch of new people in one room and me and Rose bring the other room and Doth wasn't there, then I would probably just change that so it's not randomized for that room, just for the purpose of prioritizing that kind of user experience over the randomization. I think that's a better trade-off. So I'm able to do that, and it's not like we need to coordinate too much. I could just see it in the -- And then hit some buttons. Yeah, if there's a third breakout room and Todas isn't there, then we would have an issue. I mean, it wouldn't be that bad because we always say, "Okay, they didn't reach consensus here," but just write in the Discord that you reached consensus and you can sort of write your ranks in the Discord and then we'll submit a proposal via the Council to have it approved. and we wouldn't need to take a huge amount of time from the town hall or anything like that. It would probably take like five minutes to coordinate it. It's not ideal, but it wouldn't be the worst thing. It's not like we have to prepare for that. That's above all other priorities. But for sure it is good to prepare for it. And so, but there's also a couple of things to keep in mind. One is that with the new -- >> The room approved the fractogram. That's just like -- I'm thinking I was like even if there was no like Person who did fractogram and a lot of people who could still leave the room in terms of just like Just leadership in terms of explaining how it goes and stuff like that For example hot lawn and all people who've done it they could explain how it works even if they don't know how to use fractogram so they could leave the room in that way and then we could say Like say we come back after the respect game Or perhaps beforehand if I realize that we're not gonna have one of us there with factor grant then we could say hey You guys reach consensus and then write it in the zoom chat and then send it in this board and then if You know four to six you do it then we'll have to take a proposal to the council to submit respect even though it wasn't submitted via factor grant So we could do something like that tell them if you're already you've gone to a breakout room and then you will see how would you tell them i would tell them either before sending them to the breakout room or after we get back to the breakout room or i could always go there if needed but i do before or after so it might be good to do like game roles Yeah, so... The game rules? Oh, how do you use factogram? What do you mean? I mean, like, if no one knows how to, let's say... Some sort of document to write, um... If... No, that lead has to ask everyone if they have telegram. Okay. that uh yeah so about the e in the account so i've got a project and also okay go ahead uh also especially that because it's more specific about uh teaching consensus and What if no one knows how to use practogram and who's going to keep the levels, like score of the levels and where would they need to be submitted? Basically, if let's say option A is available, which and A is running practogram, then what What should people do? Okay, well, that's an option. And as I was saying, there's a project that I already wrote a lot there. And now that we know how to use chatgpt better, I can just summarize this conversation, this transcript as well as what's in that project. And that project is called to request and formalize leads. And that has a lot of that stuff written down there. So just use AI to summarize that a lot. like all this, then I don't think there's a good portion of the way there. And then the other thing to keep in mind with all this too is that Proctogram is only a temporary solution. So we're working to build the app that people won't have to use Proctogram. So, and right now we don't have an issue, we have three breakout rooms happening. So I agree it's worth investing some time in to basically use AI and and summarize this transcript plus summarize what's already written there. And a lot of that stuff will still be pertinent and irrelevant after we upgrade the practical grammar and stuff like that as well. But also, we should just keep in mind that it's not worth investing a huge amount of time because this problem doesn't really exist right now. We're probably better off focusing more generally on getting to that point where we have three breakout rooms and getting to the point where we have a better app, rather than focusing solving solution for when we have, you know, people learning. Don't you mind providing a great experience for if there is a third breakout room? Yeah, absolutely. But it's also about balancing it too, because like... They may not have a great experience if they... if people don't know even what they have to do in the breakout room. That wouldn't, like, that would take away from... Of course, that's what I'm saying.
