Optimize Optimism Fractal Web App, Fractalgram, and Fix Errors

This project includes feedback and development to fix errors and optimize the UX of Fractalgram and Web app

In addition, the Optimystics are building a new app that will make the UX much simpler. The feedback and issues below will also help optimize this app

Overview of Issues

There are four issues identified in the web app that are causing problems for users during Optimism Fractal events

Three of these issues have recurred in several meetings and are a significant hindrance to the meetings. It’s currently taking around 10% of meeting time on average to troubleshoot issues and at least 10-20% of people seem to experience some sort of errors.

In addition, these errors often cause a significant amount of work to follow up with participants and make proposals to the council because consensus has not been reached due to technical errors. For example, if two people in a room have a technical error then it often stops the room from reaching consensus onchain then requires detailed messages and proposal review which sometimes take hours from other working tasks

Fixing these issues will provide a much better experience for everyone at Optimism Fractal events, optimize meeting time, save troubleshooting time, and help us grow faster. It will also remove a significant barrier that make much it easier for others to implement/play the Respect Game

I think that some or all of these issues can be solved by integrating WalletConnect, which is a widely used wallet protocol standard can integrate with Privy to provide smoother UX for anyone using fully non-custodial EOA accounts with any wallet.

There is also a task with more general UI and UX improvements that have caused confusion for users below. Tadas started making improvements for these issues.

How can we resolve this so that nobody has these issue again?
