This project aims to create a participant agreement for the Optimism Fractal project. The agreement will outline the terms and conditions for community members to join and participate. The tasks show technical implementation details with Hats Protocol and prior research on community agreements for further review.

This project is in an early stage of development, though we’ve deeply considered participant agreements for the past few years and can update it more soon.
