This consensus process marks a significant milestone in our community’s journey! 🌻
We started Optimism Fractal in October with a 12 week bootstrap phase where the Optimystics played a central role in making decisions for the community. Now, we’ve successfully concluded the bootstrap phase and are stepping into a vibrant new era of community leadership. The Sages Council provides a more inclusive and transparent decision-making process that reflects the collective will of Optimism Fractal.
Anyone who has earned Respect at Optimism Fractal weekly events can now create polls or proposals here to help the community make decisions and voice opinions together. Anyone who has earned Respect can also now use it to signal their opinions in polls and proposals. The more Respect that you earn at weekly events, the more influence you gain to help guide Optimism Fractal.
We’ll publish the video of today’s event as soon as possible so everyone can hear discussions about the new consensus process. Feel free to reach out with any questions or comments, as always.
