• consider introducing eden rewards for consortium posts and eden talk soon
• it’s good to focus it more on eden, not make too many tokens like cignals or creators. those can always be added later if needed but for now it makes sense to use the existing token and can always retroactively airdrop other tokens later if we want
• we can have a simple game with consortium where there is 100 eos per week and say 50-100 eden per week that’s distributed amongst all poll creators in accordance to how many people vote in each poll.
• there can also be rewards for poll voters

Vlad’s Motivations

What are Vlad’s priorities? What is the reason or benefit in doing this with the next couple weeks instead of next few months?

It seems like testing the software is a big part of it. Right?

I agree we should test the software as soon as possible.

Is it best to test it for the Alien Worlds Fractal community? What if it breaks? Would this cause drama and bad experience for AW Fractal community? Might this cause people to get mad at the host and developers?

Certainly we can test it in production with AW Fractal over time and it’s an ongoing process like how btc is still stress testing too. But maybe the first tests should be with lower social stakes and no/less shared pools of assets?

Does the Automated MSIG work with EVM accounts? No, right? Or is there an easy way?

Someone could decide to add funds to it (ie 5k eos) set up the current distribution or as the top six wish? yes. it could make more sense to do this with eden fractal than aw fractal so we can explain it better with people we already know…. but idk if i should mention or ask for it bc idk if it’s a good idea with shared pools of assets with eden fractal now. Nobody can stop it though and ultimately it’s a good option to have if people understand the risks and other options, but idk if i should encourage it.

Resource Provision and Automated MSIG

• The msig could have a 1/6 threshold rather than 4/6. We could fund it with something small like 20 or 50 Eos and it could use eos power up to pay for all transactions of EF players, similar to how zack (eos.Inc) does it for Eden on eos members. Then just one person from the msig can add new people and make changes if anyone starts to abuse it with too many transactions. That was it’s not just dependent on one person like me Or Zack and any of the active community members can take care of it. It could also be a low risk way to start testing automatic msig right away and provide needed benefit at the same time

• We could call the account fractalfriend or fractalbuddy or fractalbuds

• (Would it make sense for us to eventually change Morpheus permission to fractalbuddy@active or something like that? Would that require two msigs and be overly complicated? Or could this be a solution to current situation of signatory apathy?)

• There is an issue that Noam and others (and most others new to eos) have had where buying resources is overly complicated and a big turn off and obstacle. It also takes a lot of time for people like me to explain. It is a barrier to entry that makes it difficult for new players to join…. When I was at consensus I was speaking with some EVM chains about porting firmament EVM tools, but the best way for many communities to play Fractaljoy consensus games is on eos with the antelope tools. The only issue is account creation and resource subsidies- it’s currently not scalable and took 1+ hr just communicating with Noam.

• Now we have free account codes from greymass which speeds it up significantly, but the free account codes don’t come with any resources. This makes it difficult for people to transact and provides a poor UX- it’s good that people get free account but the fact that there aren’t resources creates friction

• I could also ask Aaron if there’s any easy way to improve this . Maybe our free accounts could come with more ram. And for cpu and net I think this will be fixed system wide or with other apps in future but for now we can solve an immediate issue to make it easier for new people

ENF Grant Framework and KYC

Does the grant framework require kyc? I think so. So the Eden fractal consensus recommendations to enf can inheret this same kyc process or the pomelo kyc process. Eden fractal just offers consensus opinions from community leaders And then the enf funds them with whatever Kyc rails they already have in place

Proposal Example

In addition to the cignals of proposals for Eden fractal delegates to distribute funding to creators and builders via delegate consensus with cignals and a weekly consensus budget, we also offer our opinions each week with the fractally process. So for example we could propose 1 season of Eden+Fractal funding like this - 13 week season. 26k eos funding. 13k for participants via noncustodial eos network funding. 13k for delegates cignals. This is a three month trial then much more funding in the future

Cignals

Delegates (and other members) can confirm their votes on cignals each week at the weekly meeting. They can vote throughout the week and then do a finalization action during the weekly meeting just to confirm that it was them who voted (ie they didn’t lose their keys stolen or anything) and that they still have that opinion. All opinions are confirmed at 18 UTC each Wednesday.

There could be a column in the cells spreadsheet that says if the opinion was confirmed at a weekly meeting (or at least in the past four weeks). So people could filter out if the opinion wasn’t confirmed in the cignals

ask Vlad - what would it take to enable a claiming feature for Eden fractal participants where the eos BPs have owner permission and participants can claim eos in proportion to respect? Eventually/soon we could set active permission for this account to BPs as well so anyone can send funds there and there’s no custody liability for eden fractal. The eos network or any individuals can send it there , then participants can claim when they want

Facilitating Consensus and Complementing FractalJoy

Cignals can enable Eden Fractal to express consensus much more efficiently for the EOS Network, Alien Worlds Planets, Eden Fractal internal matters, and many other communities. Cignals greatly empower all communities who cooperate with Fractaljoy games. They provide an immense value add to the Fractaljoy suite of products and make all fractal communities much more effective and efficient

Who can build it?

Maybe it makes sense to speak about this with Vlad first before Tadas. Vlad would need to build antelope software before Tadas can build a fractalgram integration and Tadas is focusing on firmament. Vlad is the perfect person to build cignals software because he’s already built consortium and voting aspects of new fractal app. He can also build very quickly with Ai tools now. And it can greatly help all his projects like aw CETF and Eden fractal and consortium. If needed we can raise larger amount like 50-200k for this because it provides immense value directly to eos network and we have great reputations . We could also recruit other developers to help with it as well

It can also have some integration with consortium as well. Perhaps with govrn…?
