As we approach our final Optimism Town Hall session of 2024, I want to express deep appreciation for the thoughtful discussions and collaborative spirit that have characterized our journey together. Over the past few weeks, we've engaged in meaningful dialogue about critical infrastructure like ORDAO, examined RetroFunding impact recognition, explored Optimism Season 7 developments, and discussed strategic visions for our communities in 2025.
Our recent discussions about evolving Optimism Town Hall and Optimism Fractal have highlighted exciting opportunities ahead. I've published a comprehensive article outlining proposed changes for 2025, including transitioning to a bi-weekly cadence that would enhance our ability to serve the rapidly growing Superchain ecosystem while maintaining the vibrant community engagement that makes these events so special.
Discussion Format & Topic Selection
For this pivotal session concluding 2024, I propose we continue playing OPTOPICS to democratically determine our focus. The existing poll contains several crucial topics that warrant deeper exploration, enabling our community to:

OPTOPICS is an agenda setting game empowers the community to democratically prioritize topics while maintaining dynamic flexibility during the event.
Vote for topics you'd like to discuss by spreading your voting power across multiple options. The topic with the most votes will lead our discussion, with the ability to transition between topics during the event. Simply type "next topic" in chat to propose moving to the next most voted topic - if no one objects within one minute, we'll make the switch.
