OPTOPICS is an option selected by cagendas, which is free. The town hall time is valuable. So there is a possibility to introduce some optional monetization that can be selected by the free process, and perhaps use the monetization specifically for something that benefits Optimism Fractal.
This would take some to design though and would work much better with more people watching and joining, so it’s best to keep it simpler with snapshot for now and then return to this in the future when there is more attention on Optimism Town Hall. It could also increase distribution and visibility for the town hall, so this is also worth considering along the way
